Launched in 2018 as the first international watch photography competition open to the public, the Watch Photo Awards invite participants to submit photos of their favourite watches. Different themes are proposed throughout the year and, for each one, a panel of experts including professional photographers and watch journalists selects the ten best shots. They are published on the websites of GMT Publishing’s partner media around the world. At the end of the year, the winning photographs go on show in a museum in Geneva during the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.
